David is a chartered structural engineer with over thirty year of experience in the structural and architectural design of buildings and other structures.

He identifies efficient architectural arrangements that allow simple, repetitive, mechanically efficient structural solutions that achieve the end product required by the customer.

He takes risk out of projects by designing a construction sequence and process as well as a building.

By reducing waste, he helps free up resources to meet the client's aspirations.
