Our standard Structural Calculation Pack is a comprehensive report and includes a performance assessment of all of the principal structural framing members in your building such as:

Primary Columns and Rafters
Connections, Brackets, Posts & Struts
Purlins, Rails & Bracing
Cladding

The design assessment includes details on the strength of the various compenents and the deflection performance of the frame based on location, windage, rain/snowfall and any additional loadings. The calculation pack provides details of slab and footing requirements based on the size of the building, location and soil conditions. Full CAD drawings of each elevation, sectional footings, slab plan will also be available with the structural pack.

Most importantly the Structural Calculation Pack, completed by our structural engineers, provides you with the peace of mind through their professional indemnity insurance, a copy of which is available upon request.

We would highly reccomend this service and attempt to provide this at affordable rates. The cost of this service are dependedant on the size of building, but work out to between 1.5% and 2.5% of the building cost at design stage or 2.5% to 4.0% if required retrospectively.
