Building Wall Panels PDF Print E-mail

The options available for Wall Panels are:

Single Skin standard profile cladding:

Standard external weather sheets are available in 0.5mm and 0.7mm thicknesses.
The steel used in the these roof and wall profiles is hot-dip galvanised to BS EN 10142:2000, BS EN 10147:2000 or Aluzinc coated, then finished in one of the standard colours (here) or in any RAL colour of your choice.

Insulated Panels (40, 60, 80 or 100mm):

The insulated panels consist of a core of polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation sandwiched between a heavily profiled external weather sheet and an internal shallow profiled liner. The PIR insulation bonds to the steel sheets during the manufacturing process, together the insulation and steel form strong, rigid panels with good thermal performance. These are finished in one of the standard colours (here) or in any RAL colour of your choice. A brochure can be downloaded here.
