We would not attempt to install or order a building unless we were certain of the site and had measured the base upon which the building was to be installed. It is surprising to find so many 'on-line' businesses that are prepared to sell a kit-form building purely on provided dimensions, but not so surprising to hear how many people have issues or problems with installation due to the lack of an initial site survey!

The biggest benefit of having a South East Steel 'full site survey' is that any potential installation issues can be discussed, along with all available options, prior to any order being placed. This will ensure that you are in control of your budget and that you won't receive a call from the installation team to inform you that you 'cannot put your concrete base there', 'your new kit form building doesn't fit' or worse!

The cost of an initial site survey will always provide value for money, as we guarantee to reduce our installation charge by a multiple of three times the survey amount!!!

Following our site survey, we will provide you with a full formal proposal with a site schedule which will inform you of a comprehensive timeline of works, from start to finish. We can also provide costs for providing a full structural design pack.
