Once we have details of your Concrete Base (slab), which has been installed by us or viewed during our site survey, and your confirmed order we will arrange for the delivery of the Steel Building.

Although dependant on size, our buildings will usually be delivered to site by one or more 7.5 tonnes lorry/s. It is always very helpful if the building can be delivered within 5m of the final building site, but not within it's footprint. Delivery is therefore best if managed and overseen by us, although this is not needed if a site survey has been conducted.

At the same time as delivery it is good to arrange for a skip or skips to be delivered. We would reccomend one 8 yard skip per 60 sqm of building. Once again this will be detailed in our formal proposal following our site survey and will allow for our installation team to clear the site prior to the erection of the frame.

We will always attempt to deliver our buildings 5 working days before installation.
