Stage 4: Erection & Cladding PDF Print E-mail

The method and schedule for the erection of the steel frame and the subsequent installation of the wall and roof panels will be completed on a 'site-by-site' basis.

Usually, the frame is erected (up to three bays) before any cladding is added, but in some circumstances, for instance if the building is being erected against an adjascent wall or obstacle, we may clad and complete up to four bays prior to erection.

In any case, you will be advised of our construction timetable and methods during our site survey and updated should this change.

As a guide, Buildings between 50 and 100 sqm will take 5 working days to erect and finish, but this is very much dependant on the site and your chosen options.
