Like each of our Steel Building Types, every one of our Steel Stable Block installations is completely bespoke and can be made to cater for most size requirements, even including an enclosed ménage! We have a great relationship with The Stable Company (click here for website), where for more than thirty years, their exacting standards have ensured a high level of customer satisfaction. Based at their dedicated manufacturing facility in York, they are now one of the largest designers, manufacturers and installers of timber stables and barns to the private and professional horse owner throughout the UK. We work very closely with The Stable Company to design your chosen stable layout and to plan how this is constructed inside the Steel Framed Building. The major benefits of this method of erecting a Steel Stable Block is cost, speed of build and the possible internal size. Specification: 2200mm high to the top of partitions. Hot dip galvanised to standard partitions. All partitions are welded sectional components, 50 x 30 x 2mm & 50 x 30 x 3mm rectangular channels completely hot-dipped galvanised after robot welding. 20mm diameter round tube at 50mm spacings to all grilled areas. A choice of three infills: Softwood Scandinavian Fir – 41mm thick, planed tongue and groove. Hardwood tongue and groove boards, 32mm thick to all standard partitions. Plastic tongue and groove, 41mm thick in a black finish. All partitions are available in increments of 85mm from 2355mm up to 4260mm. This means we are bound to have a size to suite your needs. Division partitions are avilable as a wood/grille or solid timber option only.
